Simple Remote console in R5 client

If you just need to issue a command on the remote server console there is no need to start the admin client. In some cases it's faster to have smart-icon to invoke a alternate remote console Use @Command([AdminRemoteConsole]) to invoke the remote without starting or even without having the admin client installed. Saving this command in a smart icon provides very fast an easy access to remote console.
